Reproducibility

The Reproducibility Librarian consults and instructs on research practices that promote reproducible research and open science, including open data and open code, registered reports, project management, and reproducible manuscripts. Workshops and instructional material are offered that cover general topics accessible to all researchers, as well as several more advanced topics, such as automation of software unit-testing, containerization using Docker, and reproducible workflow tools (e.g. Snakemake). Consultations are available for individual researchers as well as lab groups, journal club discussions, or department-wide seminars.
